Books have been a huge source of inspiration and learning for me as I have, and continue to, navigate my way through life, and make positive lifestyle changes along the way. Both old and new, some I read a long time ago and some only recently, others I’ve read multiple times, but all have really helped shaped and inspire my wellbeing journey and continue to support me daily.
These books aren’t all cancer related, and the ones that might seem to be, are more about having a more positive outlook on life and so are relevant to anyone who is looking to be more conscious and mindful. Also, we have all been, or will be, affected by cancer directly or indirectly at some point in our lives so they are definitely worth a read!
The recommendations are from all different areas of wellbeing, from nutrition to alternative medicine, and from the health of our planet to shifting emotional issues and the power of the mind, so they cover a really holistic view of wellbeing.
They are all books I have either read or listened to through audible, and i will continue to update as and when I come across something else inspirational so keep checking in!
