LIVING LIST - August

6 things I’ve been loving this past month!

1. VIBRATE HIGHER DAILY - I think those of you that follow me will be sick of hearing about this book, but i’ll give it one last push! This is my second time working through this book. I powered through it when I first got it only a couple of months ago, and needed to go back and work through it in more detail, and i’ve uncovered things a second time that I didn’t full absorb the first time. If you want to be on the high vibe train and raise your vibration this is a great place to start!

2. PRACTICE YOU PODCAST - I have been binging Elena Brower’s podcast for the past few months during lockdown and have been loving the deep, supportive conversations with health and wellness practitioners and healers. Perfect travel companion, long journeys or to have a bath with on your self care day ;)

3. PUNCHY DRINKS - Where have I beeeeen! These canned cocktails are EVERYTHING. 3 flavours of alcohol free mocktails, that have made yet another sober summer more fun! If you are a non-drinker, or you are just not ready to delve back into full steam drinking yet, these have been a perfect al fresco dining accompaniment.

4. SOPHIA ROE - Chef and advocate based in NYC, Sophia’s insta account is full of amazing food tips and stunning original recipe videos, but also some truly educational and informative videos on anti-racism, spiritual bypassing, wellness. Hers is one of the instagram accounts that I check in with regularly.

5. DEEPAK CHOPRA MEDITATION - I love these 21 day meditation experiences that Deepak Chopra offers, for free, on his app. Having been on my meditation journey for a while and having my usual meditation practice it is sometimes nice to shake things up, and these experiences are filled with mantras, inspirational talks, and journal prompts for each day, great if you are just starting your journey or need a little reconnection to your practice.

6. FRANK BODY SCRUB - I’ve been using this body scrub for the past month and I’ve felt such and improvement in my skin! Finding good non toxic brands is the holy grail of non toxic living and whilst this may not be as clean as a homemade scrub, it is vegan, cruelty free and free from pegs, paragons and phthalates. It’s also super affordable.
