LIVING LIST - november

Here’s you ‘living list’ for November. A round up of all the things I’ve been using & loving. Brands and people I’ve been obsessed with and what to share with you all.

  1. CHANI NICHOLAS - The best astrologer around, and one of the one people I trust to guide me. Chani’s full moon and new moon readings are brilliant if you are ready to deep dive. I was reminded to her brilliance as I rewatched a reading she did earlier this year and she had some

  2. UNTAMED - Where do I even begin. This is by far the best book I have read in 2020! I have cried, laughed, nodded ferociously.

  3. ORDINARY - Squaline Oil. I have been using this 100% plant based oil daily as part of my skin care routine. It is a natural antioxidant, and is thought to have antitumor properties, protecting your skin from carcinogens. But mostly it has

  4. BREATHPOD - Stuart at Breathpod has been giving free morning breath work sessions IG live for the last few months but it was not a convenient time for me to begin with so I wasn’t able to make the live sessions. Since they have moved to 7:30am I have been fitting it in everyday. Breathwork is always part of my morning routine but having a dedicated live to join has help me accountable. I have had the pleasure of doing Stuarts session IRL and they are incredible. Whilst this isn’t a full session, a good 20 minute grounding in the morning is the perfect additions to my morning.

  5. @CUTEST_COW - Just because….it is my favourite instagram account right now. In a word full of craziness right now, I have been shifting what I see on IG, muting people that aren’t serving me, and filling my feed with goodness…and this is one of them! You’re welcome!

  6. DAVID ATTENBOROUGH - A life on our planet. What can I saw, if you haven’t watched it do. As I write this its just been announced that he will be coming off instagram, allowing other to take the lead. But are we capable? Are we ready and able to take on world leaders on the issue of climate change? What is our next step. What do we need to do? Its time to step up and find a way to advocate for mother earth, taking out lead from Sir David, and if you need a nudge as to why this is so important then please watch this.
